Jihad did the steam-cleaning of our 2 4-seater fabric Nick Scali sofas this week. He was punctual, friendly and highly professional. He did the job inside the house and left no residual dirt anywhere. He placed sofas on a canvas cloth and did the cleaning. We are very happy with the outcome and his expertise and have no hesitation whatsoever in giving him our highest rating.

Leather cleaning and repair by Tuft and Weave is an absolutely fantastic service delivered by the lovliest people!Our cream leather sofas looked very dirty and dingy and had multiple cat scratches on them. We were steeling ourselves to replace them when we found Tuft and Weave! After a morning's work by Jihad and Maneesh it looks completely brand new! I honestly can't believe it and am thrilled! The cost was very reasonable and the savings over new leather sofas was enormous. We are very impressed and recommend Tuft and Weave unconditionally and wholeheartedly.

I was about to buy a new leather lounge as our current 20 year something lounge was showing a lot of wear which I didn't realise was fixable when I came across Tuff & Weave on the internet. From the first contact Jihad was extremely professional. Jihad and his staff member spent 3 hours painstakingly repairing the lounge and kept me informed through the whole process. I can see why all the reviews here are 100% 5 stars !!! We had our 40+ year old Chiswell lounge suite (natural fibre jacquard fabric) and wool carpet cleaned and we are very pleased with the results. Jihad provides a very professional service - he applies his knowledge of stain removal chemistry to the job. He took all care in first inspecting and testing each fabric and carpet and then methodically cleaned each; he didn't rush any part of the job. From the onset he took time to explain the process to remove the different stain types & the expected results and cost. He arrived on time. The equipment used is modern and clean. Takes care in handling and moving furniture around as it is cleaned. We would definitely use Jihad's services again and have no hesitation recommending to others. Thank you Jihad :-)

Only one word describes Jihad’s service, attention to detail and careful explanations: phenomenal. I had my lounge cleaned about three years ago. That took 30 minutes. Jihad’s took three hours at the end of which old had become new. One of the best services I’ve experienced in years.
