Tuft & Weave can treat both old and new stains, but the success rate of any clean is much higher when a stain is treated quickly. We use proven advanced stain removal techniques  – and some clever know-how – to treat all kinds of stains on your upholstery, rug and carpet.

We can even repair some attempts you have made to remove a stain using a store-bought product or a home-made remedy. Far from helping lift a stain, they can make stains worse by removing colour from the upholstery or carpet fabric, or by setting the stain in or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Our stain removal process

A Tuft and Weave technician will establish the type of fibre they are working with, identify the type of stain, then match the correct product and advanced techniques for the fibre and stain you have.

When the stain is unknown, a more detailed and stepped process is required.

If you have a wool or nylon carpet and the stain can’t be removed successfully, all is not lost. Tuft and Weave technicians specialise in carpet spot dyeing and colour repair. Click here to find out more.
