Tuft & Weave premium care for upholstery and carpet
Aida set the bar high from our initial phone consultation which was detailed, specific and pleasant. She went the extra mile to accommodate my request and bookings. Jihad was punctual, reliable, knowledgeable on his subject and painstakingly thorough in his work. I am delighted with my carpet cleaning done off premises and the new life and rejuvenation of my leather furniture done on the premises. Strongly recommend Tuft & Weave. Jihad and Sam came on time, very professional and excuted an excellent job especially on a second hand dining chairs, it was not in the best condition however Jihad did such a wonderful job. He even made me understand the fabric and gave tips on what we can do to maintain it. Aside from the Dining Chair, Jihad and Sam refreshed our couch and leather armchair. Which looks brand new now.Thank you for such an excellent service and work. Jihad did the steam-cleaning of our 2 4-seater fabric Nick Scali sofas this week. He was punctual, friendly and highly professional. He did the job inside the house and left no residual dirt anywhere. He placed sofas on a canvas cloth and did the cleaning. We are very happy with the outcome and his expertise and have no hesitation whatsoever in giving him our highest rating.

Leather cleaning and repair by Tuft and Weave is an absolutely fantastic service delivered by the lovliest people!Our cream leather sofas looked very dirty and dingy and had multiple cat scratches on them. We were steeling ourselves to replace them when we found Tuft and Weave! After a morning's work by Jihad and Maneesh it looks completely brand new! I honestly can't believe it and am thrilled! The cost was very reasonable and the savings over new leather sofas was enormous. We are very impressed and recommend Tuft and Weave unconditionally and wholeheartedly.

I was about to buy a new leather lounge as our current 20 year something lounge was showing a lot of wear which I didn't realise was fixable when I came across Tuff & Weave on the internet. From the first contact Jihad was extremely professional. Jihad and his staff member spent 3 hours painstakingly repairing the lounge and kept me informed through the whole process. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and feel like I have a brand new lounge. I can't recommend Jihad highly enough.

I can see why all the reviews here are 100% 5 stars !!! We had our 40+ year old Chiswell lounge suite (natural fibre jacquard fabric) and wool carpet cleaned and we are very pleased with the results. Jihad provides a very professional service - he applies his knowledge of stain removal chemistry to the job. He took all care in first inspecting and testing each fabric and carpet and then methodically cleaned each; he didn't rush any part of the job. From the onset he took time to explain the process to remove the different stain types & the expected results and cost. He arrived on time. The equipment used is modern and clean. Takes care in handling and moving furniture around as it is cleaned. We would definitely use Jihad's services again and have no hesitation recommending to others. Thank you Jihad :-)
We found Jihad to be friendly and professional right from the first enquiry.Communication was prompt and clear and the care taken in assessing what type of cleaning was required for our carpet was second to none. His work was thorough and resulted in the removal of some very difficult stains. We will certainly be using Tuft and Weave again.

Only one word describes Jihad’s service, attention to detail and careful explanations: phenomenal. I had my lounge cleaned about three years ago. That took 30 minutes. Jihad’s took three hours at the end of which old had become new. One of the best services I’ve experienced in years.
